SRVD came to us with a clear vision and a name. A members-only dining platform connecting curated independent restaurants with a community of food lovers across Hertfordshire and North London. The brief was to build a brand that felt exclusive without feeling cold. High end without feeling out of reach. The kind of brand that makes you feel like you're in on something.
Behind the Brand
SRVD is built on a simple but powerful idea. Dining out should feel like a privilege, not a transaction. Members don't get discounts. They get experiences. A complimentary glass of wine, a sharing dessert, a starter on the house. Small gestures that make a meal feel considered. The restaurants are hand selected. The membership is earned. And the brand needed to carry that weight from the very first impression.

Project Details
We took SRVD through our full brand process, building the identity from the ground up. The visual language was designed to feel like the restaurants it represents. Clean, considered, slightly dark, with a quiet confidence that signals quality without shouting about it. We developed the full brand identity, tone of voice, messaging framework and brand hook, landing on "You've been SRVD" as the line that ties everything together. From the waitlist landing page to the restaurant onboarding deck, every touchpoint was built to feel like it belonged to the same world.

Project Overview
A brand built around one idea. Membership as status, not savings. SRVD now has a visual identity and brand language that makes people want to be part of it before they even know what it is.
