Klix came to us as a fitness-tech startup with a clear ambition and a complex problem to solve. The fitness industry runs on fragmented tools. Gym owners juggling four different platforms just to manage bookings, payments and members. We were brought in to design a platform that pulled all of it together without feeling like enterprise software.
Behind the Brand
Klix is an all-in-one fitness management platform built for gyms, studios, trainers and members. The vision was simple. One platform that connects every part of the fitness experience, from the gym owner’s desktop dashboard to the member’s mobile app. Powerful under the hood, effortless on the surface.
Project Details
We developed the full brand identity, visual direction and UI and UX design for both the desktop management dashboard and the member-facing mobile app. The design challenge was finding the balance between functionality and feel. Powerful enough for gym owners managing memberships, bookings, payments, scheduling and communications. Effortless enough for everyday members who just want to book a class and get moving. We moved away from the clinical, corporate look typical of CRM software and built something that felt more like a modern lifestyle app. Bold typography, vibrant accent colours, rounded components and considered spacing throughout. High-fidelity Figma designs and product mockups delivered and ready for development.
