While working at ‘Boulder Group’ one of their long standing clients, Acadia reached out to initially brief in a website refresh project.
The aim of the project was to breathe fresh life and bring brand constancy through their home page, plus a few minor amends to their hub pages.
The task was to help steer their customers to the right direction and make their large site a seamless and easy navigating experience. The branding and UI changes they wanted to incorporate were fairly straightforward, but the challenge was in stripping down some of their more complex way-finding using simple UX principles. Ultimately, I simplified the user journey by creating a better hierarchy and digestible supporting assets . Overall, this project was one of those good examples of less is more, and letting good, but simple design the space and confidence to do its job.
